Job Description: We are seeking a driven Project Manager with a background in commercial construction and HEALTHCARE projects to join our expanding team in the Baltimore, MD area. This role requires a leader capable of ensuring project excellence and client satisfaction. Experience with the construction of HEATHCARE facilities is plus.&nbsp;Willing to travel is a plus. Requirements: - Minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial construction, specifically with HEATHCARE PROJECTS, and corporate interiors.- Extensive knowledge of construction details including electrical, mechanical, and architectural aspects.- Demonstrated proficiency in managing construction projects over 10,000 sq. ft., particularly HEATHCARE PROJECTS.- Strong capability in reading and interpreting detailed blueprints, including MEP drawings.- Familiarity with construction means and methods with a keen eye for quality and detail.
